Smile-Vision’s dental laboratory, under the direction of Jonathan Brooks CDT, MDT, has established a national reputation for fine craftsmanship along with superb customer service and outstanding communication. Our on-line preview page shows photos of each case before it leaves the laboratory. Client’s comment while cases are still in the lab in order to eliminate unwanted surprises when it arrives in the office.
Whether you require lab services in conjunction with cosmetic imaging using the Smile-Vision Template Technique or not, each case is completed with the utmost attention to detail. Every step in our lab is tightly controlled from case entry through shipment, ensuring uncompromising quality and an “as planned” result every time. We are convinced that our success depends upon your success.

- Priority Scheduling – Guarantee turnaround times or rush dates by contacting us in advance of case arrival. Schedule your cases by Fax (617.924.8163), E-mail annm@smilevision.net or leave a phone message 800.634.3480 Ext. 10. We will phone you promptly if we cannot fulfill your request. Be sure to include arrival and due dates, patient name, number of units and type of restorations.
- Cases not scheduled in advance – Turnaround times may vary depending upon our workload. Include your desired due date on your RX and we will make every effort to meet it. You will be contacted well in advance if we cannot meet the requested date.
- Imaging rebate – We credit 50% of the imaging fee with submission of six or more units for 3-D replica and templates. We also offer an additional 50% imaging credit for cases of six or more restorative units when they are received in our laboratory.
- Payment terms – Credit card information is kept on file. It is charged as cases are shipped.
- Shipping – Call us at 800.634.3480 X 10 for a UPS pickup. We supply boxes and offer complementary shipping to our lab via UPS ground service.
- 12 month no-fault unconditional guarantee – Our lab will remake your case at 50% of the current fee no matter what the reason for 12 months after invoicing.

The Smile-Vision lab works with all implant systems and can accept digital scans from most intraoral scanners.
